Mobile Closings

Boulder Office

Directions and Parking:
We are in downtown Boulder on Walnut between 14th and 15th Streets. Take US-36 and exit at Baseline Rd. Turn left onto Baseline, right onto Broadway, and right onto Walnut Street. There is a Parking Garage at 14th and Walnut. NOTE: There’s a 10-minute passenger loading zone in front, perfect for dropping off Earnest Money! Our office door is outside the building, #100.
North Office

Directions and Parking:
Take I-25 north and exit at 120th. Head west to Mariposa Street. Turn right on Mariposa and then take your first left into the parking lot of our building (the all glass “flash cube” building). We are located on the first floor to your left when you enter the main entrance.

We are located in the Cherry Creek North Business District at E 2nd Ave and Columbine St. Parking Options: 1. Several on-street metered spots 2. Public Parking Garage midblock on Columbine between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. 3. Public Parking Garage at the corner of 2nd Ave and Columbine (near Whole Foods) — It’s usually less crowded!
Lakewood Office

Directions and Parking: From US-285, take the CO-121/Wadsworth Blvd exit. Turn onto southbound CO-121/Wadsworth Blvd. Use the right lane to turn right onto W Hampden Avenue. Turn left onto W Mansfield Pkwy. In one block turn left at the Spring Hill West into our building parking lot. Our office suite is located on the first floor. After you enter the building turn right at the elevators in front of you and our suite will be the first office on your left.

Take I-25 to Yale and head east about 1 mile to Locust Street. Turn right on Locust. The building is on the right hand side. Best parking is in the south side of the building. We are located on the first level, suite 128.
